Parkinson’s disease

Exercise is an important part of managing Parkinson’s disease and maintaining physical function, mobility and independence.

We focus on exercises that can translate into everyday movement, helping you walk, turn, reach, get up from a chair and move with greater confidence.

Move Better. Build Strength. Stay Independent.

Our Exercise Physiologists deliver the PD Warrior program, an evidence-based exercise program specifically designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease.

Exercise is tailored to your stage of Parkinson’s, symptoms, abilities and goals. The program uses targeted, high-effort exercise, repetition and progressive challenge to engage both the body and brain, helping you build strength, improve movement and maintain physical capacity and confidence.
